Matt Kuliani is a Research Associate for the Geospatial Analytics and Decision Management group at the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Matt is the person behind website development, administration, training, webinars, documentation, application development assistance, and is the point of contact for all help and support for COVERLAB. He received his B.S. in Environmental Technology and Management in 2013.
