Colleen Lippert is a Research Associate for the Geospatial Analytics and Decision Management group at the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Colleen received her Master’s degree in Geospatial Information Science and Technology from NC State’s Center for Geospatial Analytics in 2019. Prior to joining ITRE, she worked as a GIS Specialist for NCDOT with an emphasis on mobile GIS. Colleen’s interests include back-end GIS server management, automated python workflows, and designing and developing mobile and web-based applications.
